I checked out chachashops.com hoping there’d be a decent mix of products, but the selection felt thin. A bunch of the categories I opened only had a few items, and some of them looked almost the same, so I didn’t really feel like I had many options.

It’s not a terrible site, but I got bored quickly because there just wasn’t much variety. I also tried asking support if more items were coming, but I ended up in that annoying loop of getting vague replies and being sent back to the same pages, which didn’t help much. Maybe it’s fine if you only need something basic, but I didn’t find much worth buying.

Support did eventually fix the issue, so I’ll give them credit for that. But it took longer than it should have, and I feel like the person handling my case could’ve communicated better instead of leaving me waiting around.

The delivery came when it was supposed to, so that part was reliable. I just wish the instructions or updates had been a little clearer along the way.

The prices are alright, so I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but the quality felt hit or miss. What bothered me more was that it seemed like things were handled carelessly, which made the whole experience feel cheaper than it should have for what I paid.

They explained stuff in a clear way, and I didn’t have to deal with any hassle or confusing back-and-forth, which was nice.

My order showed up cracked, and the charger didn’t even work. I reached out to support, and they kept asking me for more photos, which I sent, but then… nothing. They just stopped replying, so now I’m stuck with a broken item and no help.

I was about to place an order on chachashops.com, I think it was sometime last week or maybe the week before, but I ended up backing out at the payment screen. The page just felt a little too plain and I couldn’t really tell who was handling my card details.

Maybe I’m being overly cautious, but I don’t like guessing with payment info. I’d probably avoid using the site unless they make the checkout security a lot clearer

I’m not 100% sure how I feel about it yet, but so far Trust seems okay. Nothing has really blown me away, but I haven’t had any major issues either. I guess I’d say it’s doing the job for now

I had a good experience using chachashops.com. The pages loaded quickly, and I was able to find what I needed without clicking around forever... which was nice. Checkout was simple too, and nothing really felt confusing.

I ordered a dress from Chacha Shops i was disappointed when it arrived. The quality just felt really cheap, especially for the price??

The fabric was thin, the stitching was loose in a few spots, and the fit looked nothing like the photos. Then after just one wash, it looked even worse, which was so frustrating.

I wasn’t expecting some high-end designer dress, but I did expect it to at least be wearable?? Unfortunately, this one was a letdown and I wouldn’t order from them again.

I’ve tried ordering from Chacha Shops twice now, and both times the item showed as available when I placed the order. Then later I got a message saying it was actually out of stock. Something feels off when that happens more than once, especially after you’ve already spent time picking something out.
To be fair, they did refund me, so that part wasn’t a problem. But the stock info really needs to be more accurate, because right now it just feels like a waste of time

I had a little hiccup with my order, so I messaged Chacha Shops, and I was kind of relieved they replied the same day. They helped get things sorted without turning it into a whole headache, which I appreciated. The only slightly annoying part was having to ask twice for the tracking info, but overall they were friendly and responsive. I’d give it 4 stars.

When mine arrived, the packaging was dented and looked like it had been knocked around a bit. Luckily, the actual product inside was fine, so I can’t complain too much, but I definitely noticed the beat-up box right away.

I ordered this because of the photos and the description, what showed up just didn’t match what I had in my head. The size felt off, and the material wasn’t really what I expected either. Maybe I read it too fast or missed some tiny detail, I don’t know, but the listing definitely made it look nicer than it actually is. I was disappointed when I opened it.
